Modernising existing installations.
Instead of completely replacing an older CO.RA. plant, we selectively replace wear-prone components with the latest generation. Result: investment protection at modern performance — higher efficiency, new safety standards (ATEX, GMP), longer service life without lengthy downtimes.
Functional and validation testing prior to shipment.
Before shipment, all systems run a complete test suite: functional check, pressure test, leak validation. On request we document in accordance with GMP requirements (IQ/OQ/PQ templates), including material certificates and 3.1 declarations.
Individual configuration to your process.
Every CO.RA. installation is tailored to your process — from material mix (AISI 316L, Hastelloy, special alloys), to drive type (manual, pneumatic, electric), to connection geometry (DIN, TriClamp, custom flanges). No off-the-shelf standard — engineering made to measure.
Operator and maintenance training.
On-site at the customer or at our plant in Altopascio. Operator trainings, maintenance workshops, configuration sessions. Multilingual DE/EN/IT. Bolz Intec also offers German-language on-site training.
